A Campus Assessment Guide package (Web-Based Survey Version) consists of:
- One fully assembled guide in a 3-ring binder - contents suitable for photocopying (Permission for copying guide contents has been obtained by CAI).
- Covers and tabs for the production of 19 additional individual binders.
- For interested campuses, a written (paper and pencil) survey is available at a higher cost.
- Access to web-based survey instrument for 500 students and 200 faculty on your campus.
- Compilation of your survey data and preparation of customized confidential report. This report will compare your results to the aggregate data Dr. McCabe has obtained from students and faculty across the country.

CAI members (institutional members only): $500
Nonmembers: $1,200
*Note: A $25.00 shipping fee will be charged to all orders received from outside
the United States and Puerto Rico.
