Resource Fair
The Conference Resource Fair is an excellent opportunity to learn more about various institutions' codes, policies and programs and to collect samples of campus educational materials.
Please consider bringing materials with you about your institution to exchange at the resource fair. If you plan to participate, please indicate by checking the appropriate box on the registration form.
You may ship materials ahead of time, please follow the instructions below:
For shipping to the Crowne Plaza St. Louis-Clayton Hotel: The Crowne Plaza waives storage fees for boxes shipped within three days of the program. However, should materials be shipped prior to three days, a storage fee of $5.00 per box, per day will be charged.
Please call (314) 719-1105 or email (leneia.weston@cpclayton.com) when materials are to be shipped, along with the EXPECTED ARRIVAL DATE and method of shipment. When labeling the boxes, please note the following: (EXAMPLE)

For shipping to the Sheraton Clayton Plaza Hotel St. Louis: The Sheraton will receive 10 boxes free of charge, and will store all boxes free of charge. After 10 boxes, prices are:
$5 for 0-5 lbs
$10 for 6-20 lbs
$15 for 21-50 lbs
$25 for 50+ lbs
