Society is, in many ways, a reflection of the outcomes of our campuses. When I listen to the poor excuses for lack of personal and collective integrity that are so often used today, I am convinced that our academic institutions have traded their responsibilities in this arena for a ride on the "politically correct" train that rides the rails of our country from Washington DC to the Pacific. Every academic institution should be part of a transformative process that extends beyond education in the traditional subjects to provide a leadership and education in the development of institutional and personal integrity. The Center for Academic Integrity is an organization that can and will help in this transformation and we are proud to be part of it.
